From Material
to Living.
We build bathroom furniture and architectural shower enclosures — and we own the plants that make them. Four manufacturing bases, in-house QC, and export programmes running to North America today.
Three credentials, each backed by an issued document we can produce on request. Nothing appears here that we cannot evidence.

Four bases.
Each one named.
Every figure on this page belongs to one specific base and is stated for that base alone. We publish per-base numbers rather than group totals, because a total tells you nothing about which plant will actually run your order.

The line,
stage by stage.
Work moves through four fixed stages across our bases. Each stage has a defined output that the next one verifies before it starts — which is how a defect is caught at its source rather than at the loading dock.
Panel preparation
Board stock is cut, calibrated and edge-banded to the day's cutting list. Every batch is checked against the drawing before it leaves the station.

Surface finishing
Panels pass through the spray line on an overhead conveyor — consistent film thickness, controlled booth conditions, and a full cure before handling.

Glass & hardware
Laminated safety glass is cut, edged and finished at the Shishan base, where aluminium extrusion and hardware are produced in the same plant.

Final check & export packing
Finished units are inspected, then packed for sea freight in export cartons staged in the warehouse ahead of container loading.

Product does not move to the next station because the schedule says so. It moves when the station before it has signed off.
Checkpoints,
not promises.
Quality control on our lines is a sequence of physical gates. Three of them sit between raw material and the container, and each one has the authority to stop a batch.
Material on arrival
Board stock, hardware and electrical components are inspected against specification before they enter production. Moisture content, panel thickness and finish are recorded per batch.
During the run
In-process checks at cutting, edge banding, spraying and assembly. Coating adhesion is tested on a bench rig; dimensional accuracy is verified against the drawing at each station.
Before the container
Finished units are inspected for hardware function, surface condition, colour match and packing integrity. Only signed-off batches are released to the export staging area.
Declared at the material level
The properties below belong to the materials and components we buy. They are supplier-held certifications relating to the goods — not corporate certifications issued to SHKL. We state them because they matter to a North American buyer; we label them accurately because that is the only way they mean anything.
Built for the
US market.
Our Vietnam base was established to serve North American programmes directly — combining export documentation, freight and inspection discipline with our own production standards.
-
~200People at the Vietnam base, dedicated to furniture production for export.
-
10Technical staff working on drawings, tooling and process control.
-
12Dedicated quality-control staff — a QC-to-production ratio well above line norm.
Figures describe the Vietnam facility alone. Corroborated against our own export and warehouse records for North America.
What we've
shipped.
We publish proof we can stand behind. Written case studies will appear here once the project records behind them are cleared for publication — until then, this section carries what the export and inspection record already shows.
Export programmes running to North America
Container loading at the Vietnam base for US and Canadian retail programmes — cartons palletised, wrapped and loaded to a documented packing standard.

Packing engineered for sea freight
Moulded foam protection fitted per unit, edge protection and moisture barrier applied, stack integrity verified before the container leaves the yard.

Finish validation at the bench
Coating adhesion and resistance are tested on an in-house rig before a specification is released to production, so a finish problem surfaces at the bench, not in the field.

Where we
can help.
We are a manufacturing partner, not a retailer. There is no cart, no price list and no stock inventory on this site — those belong to the brands we build for.
