From Material
to Living.

We build bathroom furniture and architectural shower enclosures — and we own the plants that make them. Four manufacturing bases, in-house QC, and export programmes running to North America today.

01 — Who makes it

Four bases.
Each one named.

Every figure on this page belongs to one specific base and is stated for that base alone. We publish per-base numbers rather than group totals, because a total tells you nothing about which plant will actually run your order.

BASE 01

Bathroom Furniture Manufacturing

Qingyuan, Guangdong
70,000 m²
Workshop floor area
312 employees
  • Panel cutting & edge banding
  • Spray finishing line
  • Cabinet assembly & packing
BASE 02

Shower Enclosure Manufacturing

Shishan, Foshan, Guangdong
20,000 m²
Workshop floor area
81 employees
  • Laminated safety glass
  • Aluminium extrusion & hardware
  • Enclosure assembly
BASE 03

Smart Mirror Manufacturing

Guangdong
10,000 m²
Workshop floor area
97 employees
  • LED mirror lamps
  • Frame fabrication
  • Electrical assembly & test
BASE 04

Bathroom Furniture — Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
30–40k m²
Workshop floor area
~200 employees
  • 10 technical staff
  • 12 dedicated QC staff
  • US-bound export programmes
Why per-base: figures describe the individual facility named above them and are not additive. We do not publish combined group totals — an aggregate would misrepresent how capacity is actually allocated.
02 — How it's made

The line,
stage by stage.

Work moves through four fixed stages across our bases. Each stage has a defined output that the next one verifies before it starts — which is how a defect is caught at its source rather than at the loading dock.

01

Panel preparation

Board stock is cut, calibrated and edge-banded to the day's cutting list. Every batch is checked against the drawing before it leaves the station.

02

Surface finishing

Panels pass through the spray line on an overhead conveyor — consistent film thickness, controlled booth conditions, and a full cure before handling.

03

Glass & hardware

Laminated safety glass is cut, edged and finished at the Shishan base, where aluminium extrusion and hardware are produced in the same plant.

04

Final check & export packing

Finished units are inspected, then packed for sea freight in export cartons staged in the warehouse ahead of container loading.

Product does not move to the next station because the schedule says so. It moves when the station before it has signed off.

03 — Quality system

Checkpoints,
not promises.

Quality control on our lines is a sequence of physical gates. Three of them sit between raw material and the container, and each one has the authority to stop a batch.

IQC — Incoming

Material on arrival

Board stock, hardware and electrical components are inspected against specification before they enter production. Moisture content, panel thickness and finish are recorded per batch.

Gate authority: reject and return to supplier
IPQC — In process

During the run

In-process checks at cutting, edge banding, spraying and assembly. Coating adhesion is tested on a bench rig; dimensional accuracy is verified against the drawing at each station.

Gate authority: hold the line, rework at source
OQC — Outgoing

Before the container

Finished units are inspected for hardware function, surface condition, colour match and packing integrity. Only signed-off batches are released to the export staging area.

Material compliance

Declared at the material level

The properties below belong to the materials and components we buy. They are supplier-held certifications relating to the goods — not corporate certifications issued to SHKL. We state them because they matter to a North American buyer; we label them accurately because that is the only way they mean anything.

CARB P2
Composite board stock supplied to Phase 2 formaldehyde emission limits. Property of the board supply chain.
cUPC
Ceramic basins and sanitary components sourced from cUPC-certified suppliers. Certification rests with the component supplier.
ISO 9001 / 14001
Quality and environmental management systems operate to these frameworks. No certificate is displayed — current documentation is not held.
Where a property is asserted at material or component level, that is stated explicitly. We do not present a supplier's certification as our own.
04 — North American capability

Built for the
US market.

Our Vietnam base was established to serve North American programmes directly — combining export documentation, freight and inspection discipline with our own production standards.

  • ~200
People at the Vietnam base, dedicated to furniture production for export.
  • 10
Technical staff working on drawings, tooling and process control.
  • 12
Dedicated quality-control staff — a QC-to-production ratio well above line norm.

Figures describe the Vietnam facility alone. Corroborated against our own export and warehouse records for North America.

05 — Proof

What we've
shipped.

We publish proof we can stand behind. Written case studies will appear here once the project records behind them are cleared for publication — until then, this section carries what the export and inspection record already shows.

03

Finish validation at the bench

Coating adhesion and resistance are tested on an in-house rig before a specification is released to production, so a finish problem surfaces at the bench, not in the field.

06 — Capability

Where we
can help.

We are a manufacturing partner, not a retailer. There is no cart, no price list and no stock inventory on this site — those belong to the brands we build for.
